Hello. Lacking in the cheese dreams department although peculiarly often dreaming my dreadlocks are re-growing..? Decypher anyone? Just back from the UK having attended a day of Galactica Two - a Battlestar Galactica (new series) convention. Interesting times. Met a lovely bunch of English guys (and a Belgian) who kept me thouroughly entertained.
Also got my Jedi Master Chef apprentice picture taken, the Jedi master chefs being a crazy bunch of the convention hardcore. Will post when I get uploaded into the apprentice’s photo gallery.
By the way, did you ever know that Turkey remade Star Wars, ET and the Wizard of Oz with all new Turkish cast and barely resembling the originals? Funny.
Found out this tidbit from a Turkish friend whilst discussing the genius of the new Muse video Knights of Cydonia (mov, large), a Shaolin-Russ Meyers-spaghettti western-galactic spectacular. Quite cool and I wouldn’t have recognised it as an offering from Josph Kahn, a director known more for shiny shiny MTV promos and the *ahem* classic movie “Torque”. Talking directors, can’t wait for Gondry’s new offering The Science of Sleep (trailer).
Finally, a thought.
