Super busy at work hence the lack of updates. Top spot today goes to my fantastic friend, indie director and editor MsE who with two friends took up the challenge to make a viral ala Converse for Wind Energy. Other points of interest deserving mention (although likely to be filled out at another time) are
- The dog at the bus stop that looked JUST LIKE Christina Ricca, and even looked away embarrased when I smiled at it
- Casually visiting a Red Dwarf convention with some mates in Peterborough. Out of my league, I am afraid.. and what is with that penguin puppet everywhere?
- Visiting the IBC in Amsterdam and drooling over the Apple stand but positivley swooning over Autodesk’s Lustre demo conducted by the WETA colorist Dave Cole. Who is super hot. Really.
- Missed wassisname from Linden Labs talking about Second Life in Amsterdam this week. A little gutted as the demo was meant to be very entertaining.
Anyway. Kiwi friend visiting this weekend and I have some geeking to do with a new PC. I am already armed with discs of Adobe PS/CS and AvidXpress HD. Oh, and Eve Online is really fun and anyone playing it - please drop me a line with your username so I can find you!
