Ah, the cliche is true.. the things you miss overseas..

which is why I say ..
Woo! *Real* Marmite!! On toast! I am a happy, happy camper today… I could eat the stuff out of the jar with my fingers..
this is all thanks to a True British Marmite fan in my office, who managed to procure some of the sticky brown wonderspread in Melbourne .. incidentally via (made in? exported to?) Sri Lanka. In the UK,. due to popular demand, we sell Aussie Vegemite (disgusting muck that it is..) in nearly all supermarkets so why am I not being accomodated? Eh?

An aside, don’t trust the yeast spread available in Aus alongside the Vegemite, it may be marked Marmite but is no such relative of what we have come to love in the UK.
