Just where does one buy hoover bags? And - does it matter matter if you don’t buy the right bag for make and model?? I remember my mother taught me how to write a cheque, my ex-boyfriend taught me how to wash clothes correctly (jeans inside out etc), various flatmates pointed out the intricacies of housekeeping but nowhere along the line has anyone shown me proper care and maintenence of a hoover. I can’t even find the bags online and I’m reduced to sweeping my carpets at home with a broom. I feel like a stable hand, it’s not fun or effective.
